The staff, governors and children of Grove Primary School would like to welcome you and your family to our school.
At Grove Primary School we have a clear vision and determination to ensure all children are in receipt of high quality teaching and learning, make good progress and achieve true potential.
Grove Primary School works in partnership with Westwood Primary School. Grove Primary School is led by Headteacher Mrs Rachel Kounnas (pictured). Additionally, there are other leadership, teaching and support staff shared roles across the two schools. Together, the schools strive for excellence, have a relentless drive for school improvement and benefit from the shared ethos and working practices.
Both schools offer a high-quality education to all children. Our aim is to provide a caring, nurturing, stimulating, exciting and safe learning environment. We strongly value the importance of parents/carers and look forward to working in partnership with you.

This week Poppy Class have been creating the building blocks of a maze game during our IT lessons; designing an outdoor, adventurous activity for their classmates in Woodlands and practising lots of fielding techniques during P.E. We also finished off writing our instructions for making a Roman shield and celebrated by creating a Testudo (tortoise formation). On Friday, we hope to put together all our songs that we have been learning on the Ukulele with Mr. Murphy.
